Westhoughton Restaurant Website Design - Provenance

posted:

We were recently asked to create a fully responsive website for a new business venture Provenance Food Hall & Restaurant in Westhoughton. Being local we have witnessed a fantastic transformation of what once was the old Toymaster store on Market Street into what is now Provenance Food Hall & Restaurant.

We were initially briefed to create a traditional looking brand for the entire business which was to include the shops signage, packaging, social media, photography and even branding of the top of the range EPOS system they were having installed. We even got our freelance Wigan based Photographer Mike onboard to take photos of the beautiful interior, exterior and delicious looking food.

We were delighted when the guys at Provenance then asked us to create them a responsive restaurant website. The restaurants website needed its own bespoke CMS and table management system to allocate sittings, manage customer enquiries and allow the staff to update the entire site. Over the past 6 months we had been developing our own bespoke framework "RedPrism CMS" and Provenance became interested in us using this for their site. A total of 11,500 lines of code were written for provenance and the site still has further development planned.

Our work with Westhoughton based Provenance Food Hall & Restaurant is ongoing, and we are in the process of planning a local SEO Citation strategy and online booking app for Android & IOS devices.
